RBS 10 | Sara Guidolin | Everything i thought on monday

Sara Guidolin is an italian multi-instrumentalist based in Amsterdam, combining voice, piano, cello and interdisciplinarity practices, (fabric-art and drawing). Releasing her debut album on December 15th, she’ll perform a preview of the songs on the stage of Roode Bioscoop. She'll be joined by the album's four collaborators: Timothé Lantoine, (trumpet), Zenzele Mthembu-Salter (double-bass), Chen Har Even (drums) and Katerina Orfanoudaki (harpsichord).
Drawing from her classical and jazz music training, her compositions are a versatile universe with multifaceted sonorities, blending stream of consciousness and naive surrealism in her lyrics and music -- an aesthetic that extends to her visual art, including the artwork for her first single, everything I thought on monday --.
